Frank Adema joined Cushman & Wakefield in June 2007 as a member of the Advisory Department. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Frank was employed by KPMG Meijburg & Co from 2001-2007 as a tax lawyer with the Real Estate Group.
At KPMG his practice primarily concerned valuation issues and conducting procedures relating to the Valuation of Immovable Property Act, in such diverse sectors as commercial real estate investment, healthcare and chemical industries.
As international partner of Cushman & Wakefield, he is responsible for a number of clients, with properties ranging from a single object to (large) portfolios. He provides services including asset valuations, market valuations for loan security, valuations for tax matters, due diligence reports on acquisitions and valuation for performance measurement to both domestic and international clients from all the major industry sectors.
Frank is also responsible for the business line providing services for Property Taxes (WOZ).
