HB Capital purchases shopping centre Brusselse Poort in Maastricht

HB Capital, the independent investment company of the Blokker family, has purchased shopping centre Brusselse Poort in Maastricht from EPI Special Opportunities 4, a fund advisedby Tristan Capital Partners, and co-investor Sectie5. Brusselse Poort offers 20,000 sqm of space and has more than 50 tenants. Itis the main shopping centre for Maastricht-West and the Belgian border area. Major tenants in this urban district centre are Albert Heijn XL, Jumbo, Blokker, Kwantum, C&A, Hema, Kruidvat and Etos.

Cushman & Wakefield (commercial advisor) and CVO (technical advisor) advised HB Capital in this transaction, CBRE advised the vendor and Houthoff Buruma as legal project advisor for both buyer and seller.
