GREEN and Catella Real Estate have reached an agreement regarding the sale and acquisition of the retail property and underground parking garage located at Europaboulevard in Amsterdam, locally known as ‘Flow Amsterdam’. The purchase price amounts to over € 26 million.
The building comprises approximately 7,300 sq m lettable floor area. The ground foor and first floor of the building are used as retail space and restaurants and the upper floors as educational space for the ROC Amsterdam. The retail area is let to Fit for Free, Hans Struijk, Action and Dirk van den Broek, whereas the restaurants are occupied by Restaurant Vandaag and De Kreeftenbar. The underground parking garage comprises 172 parking spaces.
True assets of this property are the mixture of use, the attractive location next to RAI Amsterdam and its close proximity to the city centre of Amsterdam.
