Basisfonds Stationslocaties CV sold the so-called 'Transit Portefeuille' to a combination of Cairn Real Estate (former MPC Capital) and a foreign investor. The portfolio includes six high-quality offices all located on station locations across the Netherlands (Breda, Groningen, Haarlem, Leeuwarden, Schiedam and Utrecht) with a total floor area of approximately 52,500 sq.m. The portfolio was purchased for an amount of € 69 million.
International real estate advisor Cushman & Wakefield was appointed exclusively by Basisfonds Stationslocaties CV for the supervision of the sale. Houthoff Buruma was responsible for legal advice. Buyer is accompanied by Loyens & Loeff.
