Dalco Food concludes lease agreement for warehouse in Oosterhout

Dalco Food, specialist in the food sector, has a lease agreement with Chalet Group for the lease of a warehouse and office at the Everdenberg 50 in Oosterhout. International real estate advisor Cushman & Wakefield accompanied the completion of the lease agreement on behalf of the owner Chalet Group.

Dalco Food leases approximately 6,000 sq.m of industrial space and approximately 880 sq.m of office space spread over the ground floor and first floor at the Everdenberg in Oosterhout. The property is ideally suited for use in the food industry because of the presence of a specific space and a laboratory for product development and the presence of refrigeration and freezer storage facilities. The warehouse is located at the relatively new business area Everdenberg in Oosterhout with a direct connection to the A27 motorway.

Dalco Food is a specialist in the development and production of meal components from meat and vegetarian raw materials. The organization focuses on convenience products in the food sector. The organization has approximately 100 employees. Dalco will produce in Oosterhout vegetarian and vegan meat substitutes.

Chalet Group is the asset manager of a real estate portfolio of more than 400,000 sq.m spread over seventy quality buildings in the Netherlands. The portfolio consists of 85 per cent of offices and 15 percent of commercial, logistics and other objects.
