Cushman & Wakefield appoints Rutger de Vries as valuer

Rutger W. de Vries (25) has been appointed per December 1, 2015 as Valuer at international real estate consultant Cushman & Wakefield. De Vries is in this position responsible for conducting appraisals for banks and for the growing number of residential appraisals conducted nationwide by Cushman & Wakefield.

De Vries comes from 123Vastgoed Amsterdam where he was responsible during the past year for valuations of commercial real estate in all sectors of the market and for the advice to investors. Previously, he was employed by broker RE/MAX PRO Amsterdam. De Vries completed in 2014 his Master in Business Economics at the University with specialisations in Finance and Real Estate Finance.

De Vries will be part of the Valuations & Advisory team at Cushman & Wakefield, which now comprises more than thirty employees and is led by Frank Adema.
