Outdoor lifestyle designlabel Timberland recently opened its fourth store in Amsterdam in the Hartenstraat 15 in Amsterdam. The Hartenstraat is part of the 'negen straatjes', a unique shopping area between Singel, Heren-, Keizers- and Prinsengracht in Amsterdam.
The shop has a total floor area of approx. 140 m² divided over the ground floor, mezzanine and basement.
Timberland, established in 1955 in America, designs, produces and sells globally outdoor fashion for ladies, men and childeren. The organisation has over 7.000 staff and over 230 shops.
International real estate advisor Cushman & Wakefield advised Timberland on the acquisition of this store in Amsterdam. The landlord, a private investor, was advised by B&O Retail.
