Frank Adema (36), partner at Cushman & Wakefield since 2013, has been appointed on September 1st as Head of Valuations & Advisory. Adema has worked at the valuation team at Cushman & Wakefield since 2007 and carries out valuation assignments for both national and international clients in all major sectors of the property market. His activities include asset valuations, valuations for tax matters, due diligence reports and reviews for performance measurement. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, he worked six years as a real estate lawyer at KPMG Meijburg.
Adema succeeds Willem Rodermond as Head of Valuations & Advisory. Adema will report in this role directly to Jeroen Lokerse, CEO Netherlands. Lokerse says about the appointment of Adema: "Frank has enormous breadth of experience in real estate valuation. His expertise in the fields of legal and tax valuation issues and his knowledge and expertise in the area of asset valuations, makes him a absolute added value for our clients.
