On the 26th of February, the British fashion retailer Topshop opens its first fashion store on the European continent in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
The shop is a flagship store of approcimately 2,300 square meters retail space spread over six floor (basement, ground floor and 1st to 4th floor). Located in the heart of the lively city center at Kalverstraat 48-52 in Amsterdam, the store is focusing on the experience of the Topshop brand. The Amsterdam store is the first store in Europe fully operated and exploited by Topshop. Until now, Topshop fashion is only available on the Dutch market via shop-in-shop and online.
International real estate advisor Cushman & Wakefield and DLA Piper acted as advisors to Topshop. The landlord, a private investor, was advised by its portfolio manager Bruning De Goede Vastgoedregisseurs and its legal counselor Boekel De Nerée.
