BORIS ZIERMANS TO CAPITAL MARKETS CUSHMAN & WAKEFIELD


Pieter van der Peet (33) is employed by January 1, 2015 as Head of Tenant Representation at Cushman & Wakefield. Van der Peet is responsible  in this function for providing advice and representation of users of commercial real estate in their housing issues.

Van der Peet comes from JLL where he has gained national and international experience as a consultant for both users and owners of commercial real estate over the past eight years. In the period 2008 - 2009 he worked as an Operation Manager in London. In 2010 he worked in the same job in Hong Kong. During his work in London and Hong Kong he advised and accompanied major international organizations such as ABN AMRO, MSD, Microsoft and Astra Zeneca. Most recently he was Head of Tenant Representation with JLL Amsterdam and he advised organisations such as Brown-Forman, Nestlé and Stryker.

Van der Peet replaces Boris Ziermans (37), who joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2010 and is connected to the organisation since 2012 as a Partner. Ziermans is working for the Capital Markets team at Cushman & Wakefield from January 1st, where he will focus on advising private and institutional real estate investors and to the accompaniment of purchases and sales of offices.
