Cushman and Wakefield advises Blackstone

CBRE Global Investors completed of the sale of six office buildings in the Netherlands on behalf of the CBRE Dutch Office Fund to real estate funds managed by Blackstone. The 70,000 square metres portfolio is made up of: Cross Towers in Amsterdam; Weenatoren and 200Weena in Rotterdam; and Forum, Sirius and Orion in The Hague.

Cushman & Wakefield represented Blackstone, along with Loyens & Loeff, Arcadis and Deloitte.
