Cushman & Wakefield has managed to prepare and finalise the sales process smoothly and efficiently in a time frame that was unexpectedly short given the Dutch real estate market.


The Results

Approximately 394 residential properties and a retail strip were sold for circa € 53 mn to an institutional fund.
